Located in Door County, the Village of Sister Bay, WI, (Pop 900 winter, 6,500+ summer), is a vibrant resort community located along the Bay of Green Bay, WI. The Village is a full-service community with operations in Parks/Streets, Community Development, Water, Sanitary Sewer, and a 150-slip public Marina.  Police and Sanitation are contracted services.  The Village is currently seeking a collaborative, strategic-thinking professional with strong leadership and economic development skills. A record of visibility in the community, proven financial/analytical skills, the ability to work with government officials and department heads, and human resources management skills are absolutely necessary.  Candidates must have a minimum BA in public or business administration or related fields. Five – seven years of increasingly responsible municipal government experience is required. Master’s Degree in Public Administration or Business Administration is preferred, but a strong combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. 

Candidates must possess demonstrated managerial, interpersonal, employee accountability and leadership skills to direct a talented Village team serving both full-time and active seasonal residents and guests, as well as long-standing local businesses.
