The Plan Commission has recommended approval of a 55-unit residential development to the Village Board.  A hearing will be held on December 16, 2025, on the planned unit development (PUD), which if approved,  would also result in the zoning map having a PUD overlay designation.   The application can be found online (search Plan Commission, November 25).
