On October 28, 2025, the Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on changes to the sign regulations and related definitions. The changes aim to clarify regulations and make the codes easier to understand.  Also proposed are changes to the P-1 and CS-1 zoning districts list of allowable uses and standards to allow marinas in a Park District, and Agritourism in a Countryside District.  The full text of the proposal can be found HERE.
