In the Village of Sister Bay, Tasha Rass serves as the Finance Director/Treasurer/HR Manager.  Ms. Rass is responsible for finance/accounting activities which include, but are not limited to, maintaining accounting records, preparing financial statements, budget preparation and analysis, and monitoring debt and investments.  She is also responsible for the preparation, recording, and reporting of the tax roll.  As HR Manager, Ms. Rass is responsible for benefits administration and recruitment, payroll functions, maintaining personnel records/files, and other essential human resources functions.
